D-Fetch AS (org. no. 922 218 730) is a Norwegian software company providing the GymPerformance solution to gym operators internationally, operating in the EEA, the United Kingdom, the United States and Brazil. This notice explains how we process personal data when you visit our websites, contact us, request a demo, engage in business discussions or subscribe to marketing. For this processing, D-Fetch acts as data controller.
Website usage data
IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, time and duration of visit, and referral source. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security and improvement), and consent where required for analytics or marketing cookies.
Business contact data
Name, business email, company, job title and communication history when you contact us or request a demo. Legal basis: legitimate interest in B2B communication, or contract performance.
Marketing communications
Name, email and preferences if you subscribe to newsletters. Legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use cookies for essential functionality, analytics and website performance. Where legally required (EEA, UK, Brazil) we request consent for non-essential cookies.
Sharing and contact
